The Vice President of Marketing will lead Airoom's marketing department which includes brand marketing, digital marketing and traditional marketing. The position requires strong management experience and prior responsibility for leading a diverse group for planning, developing, and implementing corporate marketing strategies to promote sustained market leadership and growth in changing business conditions.

Responsibilities include a primary focus on qualified lead generation funneling through, but not limited to, the following tactics: strategic planning, advertising, corporate communications, public relations, market research, direct marketing, and other traditional media.

Additionally, Airoom's VP of Marketing will be responsible for managing the marketing staff along with all outside vendors and third parties involved in the marketing mix as well as aggregating all the data into a comprehensive performance report that tracks against the marketing plan and budget.

The successful candidate must have extremely strong analytical skills and be able to analyze the complete lead generation and sales cycle, and will need to report on results through KPI’s that include ROI, CPL, CPA, etc. Based on that analysis, the VP of Marketing will execute a marketing plan that can be tracked on a weekly basis. This person will also be responsible for managing and contributing to the launch weekly campaigns online, digital and print media, TV, radio, outdoor, direct mail, email campaigns and marketing automation. A deep understanding of modern-day marketing and analytics is imperative along with knowledge and experience in extracting and analyzing the numbers and metrics.

The VP of Marketing will also be responsible for managing the creation of tasteful and compelling collateral and for forming marketing partnerships that result in additional qualified leads and cross sales. An understanding of manufacturer co-op advertising and the ability to maximize the funds available beyond the standard program guidelines is a plus.

This is a very hands-on position that requires high-level strategic thinking and involvement in all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing objectives to ensure those objectives are met or exceeded.

*Required Skills and Qualifications** Refine and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing strategy that enables the company's growth objectives and enhances the company's name and reputation in the marketplace.* Lead and develop marketing department personnel and outside resources to execute the strategies.* Develop marketing materials, effective lead generation programs and sales collateral. Working with the Director of Brand Marketing, plan, manage, and execute the digital marketing strategy, content strategy, editorial calendar, and social media schedule.* Create and execute SEO strategies to ensure on-site optimization, improving quality traffic, website rankings, lead volume, and brand awareness Collaborate with other departments to develop effective market segment strategies.* Manage annual marketing budgets in accordance with corporate financial objectives.* Develop creative communications, public relations, and advertising plans to drive profitability and growth, and manage outside Marketing, Advertising, PR firms, SEO, SEM, and social media partners.* Lead promotional programs, and exhibitions.* Analyze product and brand performance using internal and external data sources and pivot strategies as required.* Monitor competition and conduct competitive analysis and post-mortem analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs.* Develop, implement, and analyze qualitative and quantitative market research.* Ability to drive the creative strategy of all marketing materials including but not limited to image selection, copywriting, and overall graphic layout.

*Job Requirements** Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or technology required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.* 20+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership role in a corporate environment.* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional capacity with all departments and staff.* Significant experience with lead generation and direct response advertising.* Strong background in all aspects of marketing.* Excellent skills with Excel and spreadsheet creation to slice and dice date.* Strong CRM experience, Microsoft Dynamics or equal.* Experience on the client side in a similar role is a plus.* Good hands-on experience with WordPress, website development and maintenance.* Excellent hands on understanding of SEM, SEO, paid social media and extremely proficient in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
