We are backed by Founders Fund, Village Global, MaC Venture Capital, and others.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Technical Writer. You will be instrumental in ensuring significant compliance and reporting requirements of supporting key customers. You will be responsible for providing customers with the necessary documentation and managing technical writing assignments across a range of areas. If you are a detail oriented individual with excellent technical writing skills and the ability to navigate complex environments, we would love to hear from you.What You Will Do* Develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and process documentation, to meet the needs of our customers.* Collaborate with team members and customers to gather and interpret information about products and processes.* Take a leading role in managing the documentation requirements associated with compliance and reporting.* Extend the scope of your work to potentially include sales and sales engineering documentation, advertising copy, internal documentation, and more.* Work independently and navigate both uncertain and ambiguous environments, delivering high-quality work under minimal supervision.* Interface comfortably with large organizations, understanding their needs and ensuring our documentation deliverables meet requirements.Who You Are* 4+ years of Technical Writing experience supporting engineering and technical teams.* Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.* Familiarity with the compliance and reporting requirements of large companies.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You know how to write, edit, maintain, and improve content including, but not limited to technical system overviews, internal services, user guides, knowledge base articles, and tutorials.* Ability to work independently and navigate uncertain and ambiguous environments. Comfortable interfacing with large organizations.Bonus Points* You enjoy solving problems and are naturally curious about the technologies and tools you use.* Comfortable taking risks and owning the accountability for managing them. You have a bias for action.* Startup experience and an understanding of zero to one ideas.
