Originating as a spin-off from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012, we are now a proud part of TDK Corporation, a prominent global player in sensor technology.As the Digital Designer, you will be responsible for the creation of compelling digital and print content that delivers a highly differentiated and compelling message for Qeexo to support new customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for executing digital and/or print creative assets. Creates designs for websites, email marketing, social media marketing, and moreTake broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for people using our products and servicesCreates final images and other assets for use in emails, websites, social media, and anywhere Qeexo’s brand is presentedCraft design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical initiatives.Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product, Research, Engineering, and other partners from concept to completionAssist Marketing and Sales teams on creating product, promotional, and sales enablement materialsPartner with the Product Management team to translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirementsCollaborate directly with Software Engineers to bring the resulting designs and vision to marketOwn the end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual, etc.) for current and future products and projectsDevelop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypesDevelop and maintain detailed user-interface specificationsPresent designs, prototypes and concepts to cross functional partners and stakeholdersProvide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest qualityClearly present design work and articulate design decisions to a vast set of internal stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design, graphic design, or digital design5+ years in creative role with an in-house, corporate, agency or similar creative team requiredCommercial product (Saas or mobile product) experience of UI/UX and/or graphic designStrong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create effective content and user interfacesExpert proficiency in design softwareIn-depth current knowledge of design trends, typography, and color theory requiredStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize work and manage projects from concept through final productionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering quality results and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.US work authorizationPreferred QualificationsExperience working with photographers, photo teams, videographers, and video editors
