If you answered yes to these questions, we have a Customer Care Representative position for you.Responsibilities:Take great care of the client from beginning to the end with every interaction with the customer.Add value by getting to know the client, what their needs and goals are, and then solving their problems with our insurance products.Work in a team environment to meet daily production goals and complete tasks with assigned due dates.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Be a self-starter and maintain a high level of activity with little supervision.
