We are highly mission-driven and have reconnected, transformed and empowered tens of thousands of lives to date.THE ROLEWe are looking for a motivated, creative and passionate VP of Marketing to join our vibrant team. This person will develop and drive our marketing strategy across our online DTC and expanding retail business. The candidate will own all marketing efforts including product marketing, channel marketing, performance marketing and brand marketing.This role is ideal for a hands-on team builder with a strong digital and product marketing background, along with at least some exposure to retail/channel marketing. The successful candidate must be highly ROI-driven, proactive, and loves leading ambitious individuals to drive customer growth through both a direct online channel and a high-growth retail channel (physical and online). Analytical problem-solvers that can think strategically about scalable and repeatable growth - yet are willing to roll-up sleeves, get tactical and “build” - will particularly enjoy this role. Obsessing about customer psychology and retail and online experience with a first-principles mindset is a must. Experience in growth stage consumer or consumer medical device companies is a huge plus.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company that is disrupting an industry and is making a lasting positive impact in people’s lives.
