Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington, DCCollege Park, MDReston, VAJob Description:Support software and web architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation, selection, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and integration (with both new and legacy systems).Interact with customers and development team to gather and define requirements.Analyze and study customer requirements to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs.Design, create, test, and maintain software and web-based applications and content solutions to satisfy customer requirements.Follow a formal design process using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and adhere to laws, standards, and established guidelines for development and delivery of software and web applications (e.g., software reuse, modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, fault tolerant).Coordinate creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site design.Design and develop visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation.Develop and maintain software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades.Provide software process management and configuration management throughout the software/web development lifecycles.Requirements:TS/SCI w/ability to obtain a CI polygraph3+ years of experience with SharePoint Administration, including SharePoint 2013Experience with designing, creating, and maintaining SharePoint sites with complex workflowsExperience in working with clients, stakeholders, and end users to obtain requirementsExperience with web mark up, including HTML and CSSAbility to be proactive and flexible while multitaskingAbility to build trust with clients and strong working relationships while maintaining daily contact with the client and contract leadership staffIAT Level II certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP)HS diploma or GED and 7 years relevant experience, Associate’s degree and five years relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree and three years relevant experienceOptional Qualifications:Experience with ConfluenceBA or BS degreeExperience with SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring, and administering search, configuring site collections, and content type developmentAbility to work on a team to collaboratively execute software development life cycle activities, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutionsAbility to perform interface modifications to SharePoint utilities and tools and support content migrations, workflow development, and solution deployments
