Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and SheetsCommunicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow co-workers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clienteleStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change.Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skillsProvide support to our community managers assisting in daily HOA needs.Monitor inbox and incoming calls with a 48-hour turnaround time.Organize and schedule appointmentsAttend HOA annual and contracted meetingsComplete inspections of properties as contractedAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsKnowledge and understanding of association and financial documents.Requirements
Education and Training:
High School Diploma2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior experience in community/property managementAdaptability:
Adapts to changing work demands.Stays focused on own work when faced with challenges and/or difficulties.Stays open to and learns from feedback.Physical Activities
The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more of the essential functions of this position.
Moves, lifts, carries supplies weighing less than 20 pounds without assistance.Creates documents, reports, etc. using a writing instrument or computer.Ability to enter and locate information on a computer.Visually verifies and/or reads information.Sits for an extended period of time.
