Key Responsibilities

The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for elevating the contact lens category and the ACUVUE® brand in the US market, across key US customers and partners. The role consists of unlocking critical guiding insights, developing channel-specific and customer-specific shopper and professional marketing strategies and business plans, designed to grow contact lens penetration and drive ACUVUE® sales. Examples of critical initiatives led by this role will include digital advertising, database marketing, price promotions, POP, customer events and all communication touch points with US contact lens shoppers. This team partners with the US ACUVUE® brand team and US Strategic Accounts team to ensure all brand and customer objectives related to the shopper are achieved in an efficient, consistent, coordinated fashion.

Additional Responsibilities

Developing and measuring performance with KPI indicators across all initiatives.Reporting results to senior management and all relevant collaborators across the organization.Managing a shopper marketing budget across multiple channels and customers.• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is preferred

• A minimum of 8 years of business / work experience is required

• A minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or sales experience with a strong track record of business results is required

• Experience in a MedTech / medical device business is preferred

• Strong track record of success developing and driving business plans, measuring, and delivering results is desired

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to set a vision, identify new opportunities, develop new ways of working, pinpoint solutions to complex problems and overcome obstacles is preferred

• Must possess strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams across a matrix is required

• The role is based In Jacksonville, FL. Three (3) days on campus and able to travel domestically up to 25% of the time are required
