Job Details
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help build our design capabilities. You'll be responsible for solving our clients tough software problems by crafting thoughtful, user-centric experiences. You'll help us conduct Discovery workshops, create wireframe prototypes, conceptualize memorable User Interfaces, manage design systems, and also help us build out our company brand.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients (listening, collaborating, leading, and clearly communicating a creative vision)Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders (designers, engineers, product managers, QA, etc.)Design application structures using User Flows and SitemapsBuild Wireframe prototypes and beautiful UI'sMaintain good organization of projects (files, documentation, time tracking, etc)Advocate for design and design process within the companyHelp us continue to build our brand and help with marketing efforts
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a senior/lead designer (Experience working at startups and/or an agency is ideal)Deep understanding of UX principlesComfortable working in a wide range of industries, clients, and project sizesExperience collaborating with a team, especially in a remote office environmentGeneral design curiosity and a passion for making great thingsStrong experience with FigmaBasic understanding of modern web technologies, browsers, frameworks, and devices
