We built the first Product-Led Sales platform for customers like Linear and Clockwise, generated a waitlist of hundreds of companies, created a 2,000 member community and pioneered the Product-Led Sales category. We Series A backed by best-in-class investors (First Round & Coatue) and angel investors (COO Notion, CPO Figma, CRO Zapier, CEO dbt, COO Datadog, CEO Postman, CPO Adobe, etc.)The Pocus team is full of humble overachievers that like to move quickly, build for impact, solve incredibly tough problems… and have a ton of fun.As the first Product Designer at Pocus, you’ll partner with the co-founders as well as product, engineering, success, and marketing teams to own the full design process from idea through execution. You’ll turn really complex data problems into beautiful, intuitive solutions.This is a unique opportunity to lead the complete design lifecycle at a category-defining, high-growth startup. You'll work with a team that deeply values design and expects your input to drive the company's strategy, product roadmap, and brand.What you’ll do:Own and drive the complete product design lifecycle for Pocus’ core product and all major featuresPartner with the co-founders, product, engineering, success, and marketing to understand business objectives and customer insightsInform the product roadmap by advocating for user needsPerform user research to identify problems and experiment with solutionsPrepare wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to take ideas from inception to executionEstablish design team processes that ensure a high-quality product and designWho you are:Experienced designer with years of product design experience in enterprise SaaS (nice to have: experience with data visualization / data analytics product)Proven ability to turn complex design problems into beautiful, intuitive solutionsComfortable running a full design process from beginning to endExpert at product thinking & user empathy, and deeply understand customer pain-pointsExperience in startup environments - you are efficient, adaptable, and autonomousAesthetic appeal - you have an eye for beautiful designs / visualsAt Pocus, we’re looking for people who are humble overachievers with an ownership mentality and a love for building.
