Provide leadership and management of Sutter Health's patient/consumer-facing engagement points - including online and mobile sites, marketing platforms, and building/overseeing marketing technology stack. A highly collaborative leader with end-user centric product management and consumer marketing technology expertise, shape strategy and build internal processes to scale industry leading marketing technology, as well as direct key end-user experience requirements for current and planned online platforms for Sutter Health. Oversee and support all aspects of marketing technology needs within the marketing function. Serve as the bridge between marketing and key corporate partners.Job Description:EDUCATION:

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:15 years of recent relevant experience.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:Ability to build trust and influence a diverse range of internal partners.Must have a passion for technology and analysis.Written and verbal communication skills.Analytical capabilities.Experience analyzing datasets and arriving at a conclusion/recommendation and presenting out results.Keen attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to develop productive relationships across different levels of management.Ability to specify requirements, engage with technical partners, and deliver customer centric marketing solutions.Ability to communicate visionary and highly technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.Knowledge of marketing strategies and analytic driven solutions.Job Shift:

Louisiana Pay Range is $82.17 to $131.48 / hour.The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
