We’re a thriving strategic communications, digital and creative agency based in Boston that works with trailblazers in the biotech industry. We’re looking for a motivated, curious and enthusiastic communications manager who will provide input and execute on the many facets of our clients’ social and communications programs.

Our headquarters office is located in downtown Boston, MA. Our Boston area employees collaborate in office together three days a week with flexibility/remote work on other days. Our remote employees spend time in Boston for company, client and team meetings as needed.What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day:Act as a key account team member supporting Ten Bridge efforts across multiple client accounts, working with senior account leaders to implement the full range of client responsibilitiesEnsure smooth, timely and accurate project management across accounts and multiple, simultaneous projects, proactively keeping account leads and teams updated on progress and potential challengesDevelop content for a wide range of client projects, including social media and website content, press releases, and media materialsConduct media outreach and support milestone media monitoring as neededProof variety of materialsManage client and internal Ten Bridge Communications review processWork collaboratively with our creative team to align on project variables and timelinesHelp lead and participate in daily and weekly client interactions and meetingsDevelop a deep understanding of the multiple aspects of our workOffer support and guidance to Communication AssociatesDemonstrate proven ability to understand technical subject matter, and convey its essence through written and verbal communicationsDrive social media strategy and implementationWhat You’ll Bring to Our Team:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related discipline with 4+ years of agency experienceStrong writing and verbal communication skillsOutstanding project management skillsA passion for immersing oneself in the biotech industryA desire to help build and nurture a culture of collaboration excellence and growth, and an ability to think creatively at all timesAbout Ten Bridge CommunicationsWe are a growing team that is passionate about developing strategic and impactful communications, digital and creative work for our clients in the biotech industry who are dedicated to developing new and potentially life changing therapies for patients.
