Own and drive the day-to-day management and growth of client-paid media accountsExecute Influxion Point's proven playbook flawlessly while adapting strategies as needed to maximize resultsCollaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align on goals, report on progress, and continuously optimize campaignsKey Responsibilities:

Please make an application promptly if you are a good match for this role due to high levels of interest.Lead the tactical strategy and hands-on management of client-paid media accounts across channelsMeticulously monitor client budgets, performance metrics, and efficiency targets to ensure accounts are scaling revenue and profit in tandemProactively communicate insights, experiments, issues and updates in internal Slack channels to keep the team informedPartner with the Client Success Director to provide high-level account direction and create client-facing reports that clearly convey progress and resultsInterface directly with clients via Slack and other channels to provide strategic recommendations and responsive support as neededDevelop and pitch new growth experiments and process improvements that can enhance results for your accounts and be adapted into Influxion Point's general best practicesBuild and maintain a portfolio of accounts that aligns with your professional goals and enables a balanced, manageable workloadRequirements:Extensive experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc (can be good at least in one platform, but basic knowledge in all the platforms is mandatory).Location - remoteHow To Be Successful:The ideal Account Manager will combine a data-driven, detail-oriented mindset with the creativity and initiative to test new optimizations and push accounts to the next level. You must be highly analytical and organized to juggle multiple moving pieces while never losing sight of core client KPIs and budgets. Clear communication is essential to keep internal teams aligned and give clients full transparency into your management approach and results.While executing Influxion Point's battle-tested playbook, you should always be looking for opportunities to innovate and share new growth tactics that can be leveraged across accounts.
