While mostly focused on delivery, you maybe involved across the entire project lifecycle, including presales. Anintegral part of your role will be working to further digital marketingthrough Marketing Cloud usage. You will act as a trusted source ofknowledge in line with Marketing Cloud best practice and its growingnumber of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for a multi-channelroadmap.Responsibilities:Understand business requirements and deliver high qualitytechnical solutionsSupport the email marketing team with building custom queries,email templates,AMPscript based dynamic templateâ€s, automation jobs,and build out comprehensive customer journeysTranslate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutionsCollaborate with internal feature development team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementationUnderstand the ins and outs of complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicityPerform setup and deployment of segmented emails, mobile push messagesand SMS messages, including audience building, within SalesforceMarketing Cloud, IP warming activities and best practicesManage data hygiene, quality and integrity with attention to detailRequirements:Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)Stay in tune with latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmapsExperience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios,including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for EmailsExperience implementing transactional solutions originating from Commerce CloudExperience with web service integration (REST/SOAP)Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant isrequiredAmericaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills.
