As a product manager, you will be developing strategies that sets economic conditions through fees and incentives across the Fashion & Fitness business and supply chain in order to help drive seller success and improve cost-to-serve. You will be working cross functionally to inform fee strategies, develop requirements for product solutions including delivering world-class Seller Experience, and understand the economic impacts of those fee strategies on the 3P business.

The ideal candidate must have excellent quantitative and data analytical abilities and a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership. Candidate will have strong financial acumen to understand tradeoffs to 3P business and must be able to own a product roadmap. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable in presenting work to senior audiences.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience as a product manager or ownerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience owning technology products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
