We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Gurugram office as Manager - Trade Marketing & Brand Communication.Can you say ‘yes’?Do you treat your colleagues with respect?Do you always have the customer in mind?Do you act with future generations in mind?Do you like to seek out opportunities to grow and develop?Do you have a proven track record of delivering results?To contribute to business growth through various initiatives around MarCom/PR/Brand/Trade Marketing, which are aligned with business expectations and supporting stakeholders towards the common goal of the organization.What you’ll be doing:Develop and strategize overall marketing plan, brand positioning, and manage the marketing budget for the organization.Create & maintain the premium positioning of the brand, fostering brand preference in the minds of customers of both types, Retail & Projects.Lead the complete brand transition from USG Knauf to Knauf.Work with global/regional brand teams to learn global guidelines & execute at the local level, keeping country regulatory requirements in mind.Oversee and manage external agencies, including creative/brand agency & PR agency.Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, technical, specification, product management, trade marketing, manufacturing plants, and legal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies; keeping customer centricity in mind.Lead and implement Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) programs in the organization.Develop creatives, selling tools, and run campaigns to promote existing & new products/systems across all platforms (social media / print media / Inshop etc.).Plan, strategize, and execute media activities through PR agency.Content development, editorials, Knauf journals, leadership profiling etc.Conceptualize & execute engagement events, conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.Oversee product packaging and branding efforts.Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials for in-demand services and products.Generate leads through various marketing activities.Work closely with the CSR committee to plan and execute various programs.Oversee trade marketing initiatives and build CPT culture in the organization.What we’d love for you to have:We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors, and values.
