The pay range is $69,000.00 - $124,200.00

As Sr. Creative Resource Planner, you will execute the vision and strategy for resource management and planning at Target Creative. You will support specific areas of Target Creative by leading resource management, inclusive of talent advocacy, planning, intake, capacity management, data-driven insights and talent-pool strategy. You will be a driving force in the casting of creative teams to multi-channel initiatives — optimizing the skills, experience, aspirations and availability of Target Creative’s talent pool. Your operational leadership and attention to detail will be pivotal in ensuring teams are set up to deliver successfully on projects and that Target Creative is maximizing its potential. As the Sr. Creative Resource Planner, you will clearly communicate with and present to stakeholders in various roles, forging relationships across Target Creative and the enterprise. Your ability to think analytically, provide creative solutions and calmly drive initiatives in a dynamic environment will be the foundation to your success.

About you:

4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience

4–7+ years of experience

Creative resource management experience and/or ability to demonstrate strong understanding and analytical thinking

Effective communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and communicate at various levels

Open to feedback with ability to take direction

Action oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results

Deep understanding of creative teams/departments and creative work

Knowledge of the nuances of creative skill sets, workflows and projects

Highly organized, with the ability to balance a high-volume of projects, changing schedules and the needs of a large team

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
