We are currently expanding our division and looking for driven, passionate members to join our TEAM in Southwest Florida. Where you work matters.

Position is currently located in Punta Gorda, Florida but our offices are moving to Fort Myers, Florida.Job SummaryLead the marketing function through the development of marketing strategies for M/I’s products and services that are in line with corporate objectives on a divisional basis.

Coordinate appropriate market research initiatives that will determine effective result-based media and direct marketing programs that target to desired demographic groups and increase unit absorption.

Effectively interface and partner with VP of Sales and Marketing to achieve their sales objectives through optimal, result-based marketing programs that consistently support the company’s objectives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild effective partnerships with all departments, Corporate Marketing & partners to determine specific product positioning, pricing matrix and promotional strategies.Strategize, plan, coordinate and execute:Drip Campaigns

leading up to new community openings, coordinating with Corporate Marketing, Internet Sales Manager, and V.P. of Sales and Marketing.To ensure milestones, including but not limited to land closings, groundbreakings, community openings, first sales, first closings, new employees, promotions, etc. are posted across

channels, organic and paid.With

Marketing Budget

including researching different vendors’ cost and scope to ensure the Division maintains budget.

Manage, code and coordinate invoices with Division’s accounting team to ensure all invoices are paid on timeAssist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.

.Recommend marketing strategies for communities to include community and sales presentations, model homes and amenity features.Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.Partner with Corporate Marketing Department to formulate advertisement and promotional activities including signage, print, online, electronic media, and direct mail with appropriate distribution channels.Review and suggest product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.Partner with VP, Sales & Marketing to monitor competitive products and marketing activities.Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.Conduct marketing surveys on current and new product concepts and provide feedback for future product development.Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image and brand throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.RequirementsMinimum Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in specialized training from a four-year college in conjunction with a minimum of 4 years related work experience is preferred.

Marketing experience in home building is required .Skills and Abilities:Excellent communicator with strong organizational savvy and leadership skills necessary to interface with and influence all departments (Operations, Purchasing, Construction, Sales, and Leadership).Ability to think strategically & proactively.Strong analytical skills.Demonstrated record of marketing expertise, orchestrating & coordinating across all marketing outlets (Traditional/Print, Signage, Public Relations, Events Planning, Social Media & Digital).Ability to be innovative.Must be able to establish plans that respond to the needs of a rapidly changing environment.Overall, this position requires coordinating tasks, tickets, and projects, both short-term and long term, on a daily basis both with the Corporate Marketing Team and third party vendors via HIVE (Project Management Tool), CONVERGE, MEDIALABS among others.Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:This is an in-office position, office is currently located in Punta Gorda, FL; however will relocate to Fort Myers, FL end of 2024/beginning of 2025.

Must be willing to travel regularly, locally (Collier to Sarasota Counties) as needed for event planning, event management, market research, meet up with vendors (i.e. signage planning & installation, etc.).
