Reporting to the VP of Research and Design, your mission is to make it exceptionally easy for millions of people around the world to discover, trial, buy, and use our suite of products and services. This is an opportunity to lead a design team at the heart of our most important business transformation.What you'll be working onAttract, develop, and retain a diverse, world-class team with a strong sense of purpose and belonging; provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ensure the team is performing at their bestUse experimentation, customer feedback, and data-driven insights to shape the experience strategy and deliver high-impact design workPartner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Research, and Content to deliver "right size" solutions that drive learning and incremental improvementFocus on the customer journey end-to-end, from discovery through onboarding, partnering with the teams responsible for marketing touchpoints to ensure a cohesive experienceStay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the product-led growth and e-commerce spaceWe'd love to hear from people withExperience managing product-led growth efforts, as a lead designer and managerA proven track record of hiring and growing designers at all levelsPassion for driving sustainable business growth by increasing acquisition, monetization, conversion, and retention throughout the end-to-end customer funnelStrong leadership presence with the ability to evangelize design, and influence at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical skills, with the ability to consume data across many different sources (research, analytics, etc) and derive insights to inform designThe base pay provided for this position ranges from $155,380 / year - $210,220 / year depending on the geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
