Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. It shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BALY".

Well, what about the team?

The purpose of the Design Team is to be the hub of excellence for creative concept development and design within the Bally’s Interactive North America Marketing organization. The design team provides an internal agency service that owns the development of end-to-end brand worlds, creative assets for our Ventures across both the US and Canada. A real focus on ensuring our people have the best processes and ways of working to allow an efficient workflow and collaboration, within the team and across all of Marketing.The assets span many channels including our websites, digital display, social and physical CRM and E-CRM. Essentially, every step of a customer journey.

As a Designer at Bally’s Interactive you will be responsible for creating designs for both the Casino and Sportsbook product lines. These will appear on both digital and print platforms, from app store images and acquisition email headers to OOH billboard to in Casino signage.

So, what will you be doing?

Turning briefs into original and distinctive designs and contentWorking with both the requestor and Design Managers to ensure their vision is realized and enhancedEnsuring all material produced conforms with the brand’s visual guidelinesWorking equally well with clients and in-house teamsWorking within the confines of technical elements of digital and print design depending on the platform, be this responsive design, differences between various social media channels, or various print specificationsUtilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro and After EffectsAnd what are we looking for

3+ years of experience working in a designer role for a brand or agencyA portfolio which showcases an ability to produce visually inventive and effective work across a range of platforms, from website to app to social mediaHave understanding of sports and gaming world a bonusHave understanding of HTML/CSS and how digital platforms workThis is what you'll get

Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 plus a yearly bonus.
