Rate of Pay:

$115,398 per year

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay at any time.

Duties:

Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos. Collaborate with clients, creative teams, and copywriters to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for various advertising and marketing campaigns. Provide artistic direction and guidance to design teams, ensuring that the visual elements of projects align with the overall creative vision and brand guidelines. Review and critique design and animation work produced by the team, offering constructive feedback to ensure that the designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines and project objective. Prepare concepts rooted in strategic thinking/consumer insights and solve creative challenges in collaboration with strategists and copywriters to creative leaders and clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting timelines and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Develop presentation decks and present creative thinking ideas to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively explaining the rationale behind creative decisions. Create visual storyboards and mood boards to communicate ideas and concepts visually, especially for video and animation projects. Stay updated on industry and platform trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure that the creative work remains fresh, relevant, and appealing to the target audience. Ensure that all creative work aligns with the brand's visual identity and guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive look across various platforms. Ensure that all design work meets high standards of quality, is error free, and is ready for development or production.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in or Animation, Art, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or two years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position requires one year of experience in the following:

1. Sketch2. Adobe Creative Suite3. Design Foundation including Typography & Color Theory4. Storyboarding5. Animation utilizing After Effect6. Photo Retouching7. Design Principles8. Branding9. Creative Strategy10. Social Media Strategy.

Must be available to work at various, unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Required to work from Company Office (New York, NY) certain days per week. Telecommuting allowed for balance of week.
