The Director, Global Marketing is responsible for leading strategy development and execution of global promotional campaigns, disease state awareness campaigns, messaging platforms and brand planning across key markets, for MG and CIDP indications. This role will report to the Senior Director, Global Commercial Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with all regional marketing teams and maintain appropriate knowledge with these customer marketsLead the development and execution of the disease state strategy, messaging, and tactics to ensure optimized market development prior and after launchLead the development and execution of the branded efgartigimod strategy and message platforms, including launch readiness for pre-filled syringePartner with market research and regions to validate insights to develop, strengthen and advance messaging and campaignsIdentify commercial business risks or critical issues and recommend customized strategies to mitigate, in partnership with regional leadershipIdentify opportunities to maximize execution synergies across indicationsLead annual brand planning processDevelop and manage the global marketing budget necessary to support the various activities and requirementsSkills and Competencies:

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and develop across teams and global marketsProven success developing marketing campaigns, messaging and leading transformation through strategic initiativesBroad product-commercialization/marketing acumen including demand generation, market segmentation, digital marketing, strategy development and competitor assessmentCritical thinking including observation, analysis, being able to succinctly articulate a problem and identify a solutionRelentless business and commercial acuity with the ability to recommend how to deliver results through customer-centric innovative marketing channels via a commercial strategyHighly organized and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA sense of urgency and a passion for helping patients and their communitiesEducation, Experience and Qualifications:

BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA preferred8 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industryExperience effectively managing external agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programsUnderstanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotionsStrong project management, communication, and organization skillsAgility, proven ability to influence without authority and cross-functional collaborationAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive resultsLaunch readiness experience preferredGlobal marketing experience is a plusTravel: approximately 25%
