About the Opportunity

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Automation Manager is a technically savvy, detail-oriented, resourceful and analytical marketing operations specialist. This critical role is responsible for supporting marketing operations using the Slate platform, which includes email marketing, supporting events with several event platforms as well as integrating marketing operations with other online marketing platforms. They will utilize their business analysis skills to analyze, design and implement business process models, and monitor and maintain the overall data integrity of prospect data.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Developing, documenting, and enforcing business processes to ensure appropriate set-up, reporting, documentation, training, and adherence to governance standards.Defining and executing improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency and scalability for marketing and sales operations users.On-boarding new software and processes, connecting API's and storing user dataReporting, testing and analysis to support and improve lead scoring and business workflow using marketing automation platform and CRMCollaborating with sales operations on enhancing and troubleshooting issues with the lead management process and integration with marketing automation platforms.Optimizing data quality using automated programs to perform regular data hygiene activitiesProviding support for Digital Marketing Automationsolutions with Slate, to offer engagement insights from acquisition to advocacy to measure results to connect and engage with customers.Continuously analyzing and identifying new ways to build and nurture the prospective student pipeline and support the growth of the business.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of marketing automation experience with Slate required.Experience with all aspects of the marketing mix, and integrated marketing principles and strategy.Strong analytical and critical thinker who can identify gaps, research solutions, implement plans, and assess performance.Expertise in Slate tools, HTML, CSS, and liquid markup/conditional logic.A confident and proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to process and detail, and ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, including requirements gathering, design and project planning/management, in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.Communicator with proven ability to distill complex ideas and data into easy-to-absorb information for a non-technical audience as well as understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
