Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates compelling concepts, comps, layouts and final art for a wide variety of marketing materialsConceptualizes and implements visual design solutions for digital and print channels including websites, emails, social media, apps, kiosks, digital and interactive displays, collateral, direct mail, print media, OOH, and moreReads and accurately analyzes design briefsMeets directly with project managers, clients, and technical teams as needed to obtain information and resources to complete projectsWorks within evolving brand guidelines to develop creative that helps push the brand forwardParticipates in brainstorming sessions as an experienced and skilled contributorStays abreast of current trends and software; Makes suggestions for new techniques to be employed in the execution of projectsWorks both independently and collaboratively, handling projects from concept to completion with minimal assistanceUnderstands and utilizes proper techniques for preparing print-ready files and helps guide vendors in the accurate production of digital mediaWorks in a team-oriented environment; Mentors and shares knowledge, best practices, ideas and inspiration with othersWorks on special projects as neededEnsures that assigned projects are completed on timeOther duties and responsibilities as assigned
