As the Director of Marketing, you'll lead our ABM efforts and drive revenue growth through targeted, personalized marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive ABM programs that align with our overall business objectives and deliver measurable results. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of our ABM initiatives.

Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Campaign Execution: Design creative, customized programs to drive demand in key territories and strategic accounts, using an integrated marketing approach with various tactics, including email, direct mail, display, social, events (virtual and in-person), print, video, interactive reports, and more.Measurement and Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on target accounts penetration and the impact of ABM efforts on marketing pipeline attribution. Through reporting, justify marketing spend via pipeline build in our target accounts, knowing for each dollar spent, the return in pipeline add or advancement.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to develop and implement cohesive go-to-market strategies which propels revenue growth.Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to optimize ABM campaigns, measure performance, and refine tactics for greater impact.Content Creation: Develop compelling content and messaging tailored to the needs and pain points of target accounts.Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform ABM strategies and enhance value propositions.Technology Utilization: Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and ABM platforms to execute and track campaigns effectively.Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum of 10 years in marketing, with at least 3- 5 years in a senior ABM role within the tech or financial services industry. Momentum ITSMA, Inflexion Group certification would be a plus.Strong understanding of ABM principles, strategies, and best practices, leading to the development of our GTM marketing approach.Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase).Outstanding project management and coordination skills with the ability to track multiple, simultaneous projects and deliverables.Ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a GTM strategy for reaching our clearly defined target market to accelerate top of funnel pipeline development.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage stakeholders at all levels.Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Though this position is remote, you must be willing to work hours based in the Eastern Standard time zone.

Based on marketing analysis and other relevant considerations, the anticipated pay range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000. Actual compensation for this role will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other factor and may vary from the anticipated range.
