Creative Graphic Designer

to join our team based in Cincinnati, OH.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Graphic Innovation Director, Project Managers, and the Graphics Department to develop captivating concepts for pitches, client art adaptations, marketing materials, and packaging design. We place a strong emphasis on leveraging digital packaging to enhance the consumer experience.

What You Will Do

Generate creative concepts and ideas for leveraging the power of digital print for packaging.Demonstrate a creative eye for utilizing white space effectively.Keeping track of all work and time using our Web Interface, ensuring efficient project management.Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring visually appealing designs.Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with peers and management in a fast-paced environment.Utilize your experience with Adobe Design Suite and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance your design workflow.Work methodically and meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.Utilizing constructive criticism & feedback to continuously develop and refine your art.Organize working files and maintaining existing file organization structures for easy retrieval.Seek and sharing knowledge regarding the capabilities and limitations of package design, staying at the forefront of industry trends.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Demonstrated experience working as a Graphic Designer.Portfolio containing illustrations or graphic designs that demonstrate creative ability.Proficiency in design software and technologies, including InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop.Flexibility to travel 10-15% of the time based on the needs of the business.What Will Put You Ahead

Experience working with global brands, highlighting your ability to adapt to diverse design requirements.Experience being client facing and pitching ideas, concepts.Exposure to copywriting and marketing, enabling you to effectively communicate brand messaging through your designs.Collaborative experience with Creative Designers and Marketing teams, showcasing your ability to work in a team environment.Background in the Packaging Industry, providing you with valuable insights into packaging design principles and requirements.Familiarity with the Digital Printing Industry, allowing you to leverage cutting-edge technologies and techniques.Previous experience with production art creation.
