Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Proposal Writer / Business Development Executive to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the growth of our business by crafting compelling proposals and contributing to our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Writing: Create persuasive and well-structured proposals in response to client RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Qualifications). Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather information and develop winning proposals.

Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships. Participate in the development and execution of business development strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential target clients. Utilize data-driven insights to inform business development strategies.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and work to identify opportunities for additional business.

Proposal Management: Coordinate the proposal development process, ensuring deadlines are met, and proposals are submitted with accuracy and professionalism.

Content Development: Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, case studies, and other materials that showcase our capabilities and successes.

Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on proposal content and business development strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
