Our Koddi internal marketing team is looking to hire a Content Marketing Manager who will play a leading role in planning, creating and delivering Koddi's company messaging - both internally and externally - to ensure its leading position globally in commerce media is recognized by the market and the media. This role will be a part of the global marketing team supporting demand generation and customer growth across the company currently supporting activity in the US, EMEA and APAC.

At the direction of the Global Marketing Director, you'll lead the planning, development, and implementation of Koddi's content strategy, as well as the creation and production of online and offline marketing content and associated graphics to support business and sales goals. In order to contribute to our goal of increasing visibility of the Koddi brand, this role will be responsible for social media management, email campaign management, website content and blog updates, as well as supporting events, public relations and other administrative requests. In order to be successful, you will need to learn our technology and industry to help deliver thoughtful content for our marketing and sales teams. What you will do

Work closely with the Global Marketing Director to develop and lead content strategy, including pitch decks for the sales and partnerships teamsResearch and synthesize industry trends in digital advertising and marketplaces to understand key topics and trends.Work with others on marketing team to promote content and monitor the success of each campaign and optimize where neededCreate B2B content to support marketing campaigns and enable our sales team, as well as content for inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns to address all stages of the funnelMaintain in all communications a distinctive voice that adheres to Koddi brand standards and helps bring the brand to life across media and channelsDevelop content plan and author blogs, and media pitches; digital content for emails, ads, social media, and website; sales enablement materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and one-pagers; award submissionsPartner with subject matter experts as neededManage and develop blogging strategy to increase website traffic and grow subscriber baseEdit and proofread content for substance, grammar, and styleMaintain in all communications a distinctive voice that adheres to Koddi brand standards and helps bring the brand to life across media and channelsCommunicate and distribute content to appropriate teamsManage content on social channels, including posts, profile information, etc.Work with others on marketing team to promote content and monitor the success of each campaign and optimize where neededDevelop and track metrics to analyze content performance that help us understand engagement and relevance of content across key channelsHelp to support, grow and develop employer brandingDesign visually appealing graphics and images for social media postsEnsure consistency in branding and visual elements across all social media channelCreate and manage email lists for targeted and segmented campaignsDesign and execute email campaigns using Figma and HubSpot, ensuring visually appealing layoutsImplement A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls-to-actionCreate and manage segmented email lists for targeted marketing effortsManage and evolve sales decksWork with Commerce Media team to create product marketing assetsSupport major event administration and own select smaller events>

What skills and experience you bring

3-5+ years experience in a B2B content marketing role in a high growth tech company; knowledge and/or passion for digital marketing and technologySaaS/PaaS writing experience preferred; ability to learn and understand SaaS/PaaS products quicklySolid storytelling, writing, editing, proofreading, and overall communication skills.Collaborative, articulate thinker with the ability to take creative directionStrong quality assurance, organization, and project management skillsDeadline driven, proactive, able to multitask and work under pressureAbility to lead and communicate cross-functionally with sales, product, client services, and other departmentsProven track record of developing and implementing creative social media campaigns that drive engagement and grow reachAbility to develop effective email marketing campaigns and proficient in email tools such as HubspotStrong design skills in PPT and other tools.Ability to create animated video a bonusExperience/understanding of digital mediaSelf-motivated and possess a can-do attitudeEnergy, impeccable integrity and personable demeanorDetail-oriented and organizedIn possession of strong creative thinking and problem-solving skillsA strong team player and communicator who can collaborate across the businessCan demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with customers, management and peers.Nice to haves

Travel
