Job Summary

The Director will be primarily responsible for leading the execution of the key marketing and promotional initiatives supporting Jelmyto - UroGen's first commercial asset. The position requires a motivated, energetic candidate with a collaborative, "can-do" attitude, as well as previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience in a brand management role. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to play a key strategic and operational leadership role in a small and nimble organization, gain extensive exposure to all aspects of a US commercial team, and help to shape the vibrant culture and working processes of an emerging biotech company.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the post-launch promotional platforms for Jelmyto: creative campaign, messaging, media plan, digital, key materials for field force and non-personal delivery.Effectively translate clinical data and customer insights into promotional strategies, messaging and tactical planning.Manage creative agency to create and roll out real world data, guidelines, and other new messages as the brand evolves.Effectively drive tactics through the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory approval process.Collaborate effectively with the commercial field organization to communicate clear brand priorities and seek feedback to improve marketing tactics.Develop and deliver presentations to a range of internal stakeholders, including executive leadership team, and external audiences.Manage vendor/agency activities/performance, and all project budgets.Estimated 20-25% travel.List of qualifications

8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or related industry.2+ years previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience in Brand Management -- launch experience strongly preferred.Collaborative, flexible, "can-do" attitude.Demonstrated ability to lead with influence across cross-functional groups.Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Demonstrated success operating within US legal-regulatory environment affecting promotional activities.Experience preparing/delivering effective presentations to field-based and internal colleagues as well as corporate management.Outstanding written and oral communication skills.Bachelor's degree is required.
