Our in-house agency is currently looking for an experienced Visual Designer who will help create innovative designs for MathWorks' Trade Shows, EXPOs, Conferences, and other Marketing Communication materials.

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop strategically driven, brand focused, visual design solutions for North American and International Trade Shows, EXPOs, Conferences, Research Conferences, Advisory Boards, etc.Work on an Agile team to coordinate strategic planning and execute on deliverables that support eventsCollaborate with the creative director and visual design team to build a strong brand identity for MathWorksEducate third party vendors on the use of event deliverables and review the assets they produce.Translate business partner needs into smart, measurable creative strategies that differentiates MathWorks and enhances the customer experienceBuild strong, collaborative business partnerships with key clients, colleagues, and vendors across the globe.Establish design languages across events that reinforce the MathWorks brandCreate associated templates and guidelines for online and offline deliverablesUnderstand and utilize brand standards, project tracking applications, and digital asset management systemsManage projects from start to finishHave a strong awareness of design trends and innovations in related fields and continually consider how they influence our workMinimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.Additional Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Microsoft Office productsStrong project management and organizational abilitiesComfortable working directly with business ownersMinimum of five years' experience in designEvents and experiential design capabilities are a big plusExperience working with brand guidelines and specificationsStrong communication skills and an eye for detail
