Vice President / Senior Vice President of Marketing Role Overview

The ideal candidate for our Vice President / Senior Vice President of Marketing role is a hands-on senior leader whose is seasoned in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand recognition. This role, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in marketing, as well as exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills. The Vice President / Senior Vice President of Marketing will collaborate closely with global Museum of illusions marketing team and cross-functional teams to align efforts, optimize performance, and achieve business objectives.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

Execute the monthly, quarterly and annual marketing strategies for the US market in coordination with the global marketing team and local museum teams.Work with the global marketing team and US agencies on creating strategic initiatives, establishing clear performance goals, measuring results, and providing regular feedback.Create strategic partnerships with other well-known brands and companies, as well as be the face of MOI for marketing locally - support with media where PR agencies are not presentCreate actionable plans to penetrate target markets, increase visitor numbers, and optimize marketing budget spend and successfully fulfil KPIs pertaining to revenue and visitor numbers.Collect and compile local insights and share them with the rest of the team, to keep marketing strategies effective and perpetuate growth.Measure and evaluate the impact of local on-ground marketing activities and provide regular feedback to HQ and local teams.Embrace and embody the company's vision for growth and continued success.Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in brand and marketing strategy with a proven track record in driving customer demand and revenue growth5+ years in Senior Marketing Management rolesStrong Expertise in digital marketing, social and influencer marketingMulti-location marketing experience, with a preference for location based entertainment ticketed / time based entry backgroundStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Ability to travel both nationwide and globally on occasion.Reliably commute or relocate before starting work in Scottsdale, Arizona , US OfficeEarly morning availability - global HQ is located in Croatia, which is 8-9h time difference from Arizona.And In Return, We Offer
