The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing holistic, performance-driven marketing plans that align with business goals and KPIs. This role requires a strategic thought leader with a passion for digital marketing, a proven track record in achieving key performance metrics, and driving business growth through digital strategies and channel optimization. The VP will be responsible for partnering with various business units and marketing teams to translate business strategies into digital marketing strategies, develop data-driven plans across all digital channels, and influence the vision for performance marketing. They will also be expected to serve as a subject matter expert, recruit and train talent, and continually evaluate new technologies and trends to enhance marketing strategies. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing preferred) and at least 15 years' of digital and performance marketing experience, with a focus on omni-channel brand growth. A minimum of 10 years in a strategic planning role and expertise in digital strategy, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, social media, and other digital channels is essential. The role demands a highly data-driven individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, and a proven ability to work with senior leaders to drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and possess excellent communication and influencing skills.
