Sansone, Sr. and now led by four of his sons as principals of the firm: James, Timothy, Douglas & Nicholas.Position OverviewSansone Group, a Saint Louis based organization is currently seeking a full time Director of Marketing. This position will oversee the marketing department which will require an organized, budget minded, strategic thinking individual. Additional skills include an excellent eye for details, multi-tasking, time management, team player and adaptable.ResponsibilitiesEnsure multiple projects are completed with high quality and on schedule utilizing project management system for task, schedule and due datesHelp establish creative direction for the organization while following brand guidelines.Work with each division in the company to create and update on-target and strategic marketing materials including but not limited to proposals, business collateral, brochures, signage, logos, presentations, direct mail and email campaigns, etc.Create materials for corporate marketing, company and client events, culture, and archives.Help develop and maintain employee portal launch and maintenance.Assist in event planning including corporate, client, groundbreaking and broker events.Keep all collateral materials organized and updated - including department overviews, bios, pipelines, maps, org charts, etc.Be the expert in office software and hardwareManage Graphic Designer workload and creative process.Qualifications & Skills Needed:Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and Acrobat.Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as WordPressAbility to work and learn a wide range of media, marketing applications and graphic design softwareMust be creative in process and executionExperience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Good organizational, planning and coordination skills; ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as neededTakes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independentlyAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPossess a sense of urgency, self-motivated and detail mindedEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degreeMarketing, event planning, client management, or agency experience 1-3+ yearsAdobe Creative Suite: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, LightroomSansone Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to focus on finding the right place for the right person.
