Your Role in Our Mission
Are you passionate about leading the new design paradigm for AI-native products, and crafting user experiences that are engaging, intuitive and delight users? Join our innovative product design team, where your creativity and expertise will be at the forefront of developing a new world of experience with AI, with the most intimate and trusted AI partner to solve real-world problems.

You will have the opportunity to:Shape exceptional user experiences by designing products that are not only visually stunning, but create a satisfying and engaging experience for industrial engineering users.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs.Collaborate with visionary teams obsessed with users, and dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and technology.Ensure design intent and prototypes are effectively communicated to stakeholders and development teams.Your designs will be pivotal in our mission to transform the world of service technicians and hardware engineers and drive business value.Clearly articulate our Product and UX vision, encourage creative thinking, and propose out-of-the-box solutions that set our products apart.We learn and grow together every day at Normal, to not only keep up with the fast-paced AI industry but also grow professionally and personally. We share our learnings with the team and thrive in a thirsty culture - we create a fulfilling environment for everyone to flourish.What Makes You A Great Fit:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 3 years of product design experience within the tech industry, with a strong preference for AI/ML native software products.Demonstrated success in creating engaging, intuitive, and highly interactive design prototypes, especially for 0-1 products.Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and UX testing tools, enabling you to bring your visions to life.Hands-on experience in conducting usability testing and user research, ensuring that your designs are both effective and user-friendly.Excellent communication skills and collaborate passionately with cross-functional teams.Bonus Points For:
Deep understanding and experience with enterprise AI/ML needs, particularly large organizations with mission-critical applications.Advanced skills in rapid prototyping and iterative design processes, demonstrating your ability to quickly turn ideas into functional and interactive prototypes.Strong advocate for user-centered design, with a proven track record of incorporating user feedback and UX research into every stage of the design process.
