Must Haves:Experience working in IAM as a communications Project ManagerStrong experience with user-centric design principlesExperience creating user journeys and personasAbility to gather and analyze user feedback to improve communication strategiesExperience creating SharePoint sites for over 1000 usersExperience managing multiple communication projects simultaneouslyJob Description:Insight Global is searching for an IAM Project Manager for one of their large telecom customers. This Project Manager will join the Global Technology & Operations group and be responsible for managing all SOX communications updates, system upgrades, changes, new integrations etc. internally across 1000+ internal stakeholders. This person will create clear content for user access review campaigns, help craft messaging for reviewers/leaders, effectively communicate complex compliance information, and create Sharepoint sites as well as training materials for internal customers. This position will be Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM EST.
