About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to oversee and drive marketing strategies for Nanit's international business. The perfect candidate will be a strong leader and strategic thinker, equipped with extensive knowledge and a profound understanding of regional markets. This role will report into our Senior Director, Growth Marketing and will collaborate closely with distributors to ensure alignment with overall global marketing initiatives while adapting to local market needs.

What you'll be doing:Launch and drive comprehensive digital marketing plans for key international markets that aligns with Nanit's overall global marketing objectives, while reaching new audiences at scaleCollaborate with distributors to develop joint marketing plans and initiatives with measurable goals and KPIsMaintain revenue/performance reports for each region along with the total international business. Report out weekly on performance, proactively identifying opportunities to drive growth.Develop and implement marketing tools and promotional strategies for new market entryBuild strong relationships with local distributors and collaborate to adapt marketing materials and content to resonate with the target audience in different regionsAnalyze local market trends and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve messaging and brand positioning across all channelsPlan and coordinate international trade shows, conferences, and other marketing eventsLead and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities across multiple marketsManage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and cost-efficiencyStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to maintain a competitive edgeWho You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years experience in international/ integrated marketing with exposure to European Markets, Asia is a plusStrong understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics in European regions, Asia regions a plusProject management experience and ability to see complex projects from beginning to endExperience working with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google) and analyzing performance marketing metrics.Ability to travel 25% of the timeFlexible to conduct calls with international distributors and partnersExperience working with agencies, 3rd party partners and/or distributors in a global contextStrategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and ROI metrics.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

We would prefer prospective candidates to be able to travel into our NYC headquarters 2-3 times a week

Salary Range: $100K - $105K base salary, plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
