PROJECT MANAGER - MARKETINGWORK FOR A CHRISTIAN MINISTRYHybrid eligible - (Local AZ candidates only) Monday through Friday scheduleWork for a Christian ministry to further the Good News! Position is eligible to telecommute 3-4 days a week with 1-2 days in the office as needed. You'll be working with a great team of marketing and communication professionals getting the message out about how we do what we do to our donors while working to engage future donors.The ideal candidate thrives in the work of project management creating projects from scratch with our PM program Asana understanding the resources and steps related to marketing.

Also takes initiative to manage multiple priorities, enjoys challenge and has a positive response to time lines. This position has control over a large number of projects toward fulfillment of marketing and communication projects.

Agency and non-profit experience are highly preferred.JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Manager ensures that all marketing department projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, agency experience, and a passion for serving Jewish communities in the name of Yeshua.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in business, marketing, communication or similar degree; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Project Management certification such as IAPM, CSM, or CPM.3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector or agency.Strong understanding of marketing and fundraising principles and practices.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.Strong organizational skills, project management background and deadline driven work ethic.Excellent communication skills, capable of developing strong collaborative working relationships with team and other department heads and clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats.Ability to assess and forecast the needs of the department and proactively make decisions in a changing environment, anticipating future needsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be able to work a minimum of a 40-hour workweek, plus additional as required to complete assignments on a timely basis.Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while talking on the telephone, using computers for typing and entering data up to 3 - 4 hours at a time.Must have good communication skills (i.e., communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English).Must be able to see with or without corrective lenses.Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 10 pounds - maintaining files and documentation requires stooping as well as carrying and/or lifting materials.NOTE:
