This critical team is responsible for all things growth and brand, including but not limited to performance marketing, customer acquisition, member and brand experiences, and more.Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Director of Marketing at SWTHZ will be a pivotal leader responsible for shaping and executing the company's customer and brand marketing strategy. This role demands a dynamic and creative marketer who can drive innovation, maximize customer engagement, and propel the SWTHZ brand to new heights. Architect and implement customer retention programs that leverage personalized marketing, advanced CRM technologies, and innovative loyalty initiatives to significantly enhance customer lifetime value.High-Impact Event Management:

Lead the strategy and execution of high-visibility events that amplify the SWTHZ brand, from large-scale promotional campaigns to intimate community events. Ensure every event delivers exceptional experiences that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.Creative Project Management Excellence:

Oversee all creative project management processes, ensuring that every marketing asset-from digital campaigns to physical collateral-meets the highest standards of creativity, quality, and effectiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence:

Act as a central hub for cross-functional collaboration, influencing and aligning teams across operations, Partnerships, Content /Creative, Paid Media, Influencers, and Franchisees to achieve cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.Data-Driven Strategy and Optimization:

Leverage deep data insights and advanced analytics to continuously refine marketing strategies. Implement a rigorous testing and optimization framework to maximize the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.Strategic Partnership Development:

Identify, negotiate, and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships with top-tier brands and influencers that enhance SWTHZ's market position and drive significant business growth.You Bring to SWTHZ10+ years in high-level marketing roles, with a proven track record of leadership in content marketing, customer retention, event management, and creative project management. Demonstrated success in a director-level or higher position.Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in marketing or a related field preferred.Strong leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset, able to inspire and manage large teams and drive cross-functional collaboration. Ability to think big while maintaining a keen eye for detail.Expertise in developing and executing breakthrough marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.Leader, exceptional communicator, highly organized, with a deep passion for fitness and wellness.
