What We Need:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Services/Social Media Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and curating engaging content across various social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and assisting with various marketing and creative tasks. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent writing and organizational skills to effectively manage and execute social media campaigns and marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.

Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.

Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels.

Execute a results-driven social media strategy.

Collaborate with the Creative Services Design Team to create a social media calendar.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends.

Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

Track creative services projects to ensure the departmental deadlines are met across the organization.

Assist with day-to-day creative marketing assignments by updating the departmental project sheet.

Assist with the planning of client special events, and industry trade show sponsorships.

What You'll Need:

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.

Basic graphic design knowledge to support marketing collateral.

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, Writing, Advertising, or Media Studies.

1-3 years’ experience in marketing, public relations, advertising, or the media field.

Experience with CRM software; knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.

Experience or knowledge of video editing and graphic design.

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
