The Vice President of Marketing will work with the Area Sales Managers and Vice President of Sales to create, develop, implement and coordinate the company's advertising and marketing strategy, with a focus on all advertising related media inclusive of internet, collaterals, promotional events, and public relations activities in addition to management of Internet Sales Consultants.A career with purpose.A career built on making dreams come true.A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.Your Responsibilities on the Team

Responsible for accomplishing Lead and traffic generation that supports the division's sales goals.Create, manage and implement a best-in-class division-wide and community-specific digital and traditional marketing strategy for all advertising campaigns, internet initiatives, direct mail campaigns and the development of marketing collateral.Where appropriate, work with Lennar corporate to ensure brand consistency and leverage best practices across other divisions.Content Development: Work directly with creative team and agencies to design marketing materials and manage consistency and quality to ensure all content reflects company brand.Identify, understand, create and promote unique selling propositions of all communities and brands, to include: Residential/Primary, Resort and Active Adult.Audit marketing content on the web site to ensure content accuracy and company brand guidelines are reflected.Maintain all community presentations: ensuring all required materials are ordered and installed properly for models and standing inventory: signage, flags, door mats, etc.Manage production of advertising, sales office displays, brochures, Realtor/Broker and consumer outreach materials, signage programs to insure adherence to brand standard's.Monitor signage and media to ensure compliance with local municipalities, Regional and Corporate standards.Work with Division Purchasing, architectural staff and business partners to produce exterior and interior renderings as needed.Manage all aspects of WHC installations to include: approved sales office layout and production of approved wall wraps, along with other mandated WHC items.Facilitate the promotion of incentives, grand openings of new communities and clos-out communities, special financing opportunities, etc.Ensure all social media, Insite and Lenncom images and content is appealing, innovative, relevant and accurate.Coordinate sales and marketing related meetings with vendors, ad agencies, etc. as needed.Participate in strategy meetings with senior management to facilitate team goals and processes.Execute marketing plans to maximize contributions of Realtors to increase sales volume and grow Realtor Relations.Visit communities to work with VPS's, ASM's and NHC's to maximize marketing efforts.Develop and maintain specific marketing budgets for all commun Communicate accrued expenses as required by accounting each period end.Oversee coordination of Consumer and Broker/Realtor events: measure success of event.Track results of marketing initiatives, including analysis of traffic sources and cost per traffic to maximize spend and conversion by community and sub-market.Evaluate competitive communities on a quarterly basis.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field required, equivalent work experience can be considered in lieu of degree.Minimum 5 years Marketing/Advertising experience required.Minimum 3 years' experience supervising and directing the work of a team.Experience in homebuilding preferred.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with internal and external customers.Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Publishing, Lotus Notes.Requires resourcefulness, patience and clarity and strong management and motivational skills.Valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:

Some office work which may require the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
