Description

As the in-house Graphic Designer, you will have a keen visual sense and an excited passion for good, innovative design. You will proactively help to evolve a culture that inspires and encourages innovation, creatively communicates BioStem's corporate positioning, and effectively translates the portfolio's value proposition into product adoption. The Designer will work with key internal stakeholders which will involve observing, listening, researching, and brainstorming. The Designer's role is to communicate ideas through multiple formats of media including but not limited to presentations, web/digital media, print media, email, photography, video and animation. Must have the ability to learn new platforms and work well under pressure with the possibility of working after hours

Work with team members and key stakeholders to produce contentHelp develop ideas and make design choices for all company contentStudy design briefs and determine requirementsSchedule projects and define budget constraintsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by handExecute creative initiatives for tactical marketing across social, web, e-mail, packaging, video and print channels.Open to feedback and amend designsEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandMaintain project libraries and organize graphics by productsWork with vendors on pre-press and other production requirements as neededSkills:

Develop graphics, images, animations (Vyond, Create Studio, Animaker, Biteable, Powtoon, Doodly, Videoscribe) videos, and designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Rush or other design softwareUnderstand core design principles, color theory, typography, composition, logo and visual identity, motion graphics, and spatial dynamics (layout)Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skillsDemonstrated ability to progress on multiple projects and timelines at onceRequirements:

Art/Design education required3-5 years hands-on experienceA self-motivated, conceptual, creative thinker who is open to feedback and eager to collaborateProficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)Benefits:
