Studio Ambassador

Our client, a commercial real estate firm, is seeking a Coworking Ambassador to add to their team in NYC. Hours are 9am-5:30pm, and they are currently in office 5 days a week.Responsibilities:Manage day to day community operations to exceed member expectationsProvide proactive service, and work at the front desk to support members with questionsFoster community connections and build relationships with local businessAssist with updating the leasing and marketing platformsManage leads and tour pipeline using CRM platformQualifications:2-5+ years of experience in hospitality or salesBachelor's degreeExperience in customer serviceFinancial literacy, project management and business operations experience a plusCompensation/Benefits/Perks:$50-$57K plus paid overtime and bonusHealth, dental, vision401K with matchCommuters benefitsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
