Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Global Technology Expert Labs is seeking a dynamic delivery partner for a Business Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling revenue and cost savings solutions alongside multiple functions for viable positive reviews of partners. Your key responsibilities will include driving Key Performance Indicators, such as Gross Profit targets and partner productivity metrics in areas of skills growth and onboarding initiatives.Additionally, you will manage selected 1) GDC Residency initiatives through monthly interlocks, quarterly business reviews and active skills enablement sessions. Your main areas of focus being refinement of GTM skills and utilizing subsidiaries to drive ecosystem engagements, both staff augmentation and cosale motions.You will also oversee the 'Analysis and Shift' strategy for optimizing subcontractor hires and conduct weekly health checks on Global Delivery Center (GDC) usage in India, Poland and Canada. You will implement the online library for the publication of 'Rules of Engagement' in platforms such as Partner Plus, Seismic and the Technology Expert Labs Publisher Page. Lastly, you have the opportunity to speed up time for deployment by way of onboarding partners in a more effective manner.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise•Perform joint solutions for the continuation of building up the GDC in India, Krakow and Toronto. This will be done by consistently measure again KPIs in maximizing GP targets, partner productivity metrics, partner certification assistance, and Go-to-Market swim lanes based on skill across markets, subcontractors, Global Delivery Centers, and IBM Consulting•Manage selected partners in globally through Quarterly Business Review Sessions and active skills enablement initiatives. Maintain a rate card standard for staff augmentation partners plus assess opportunities for facilitating timely course corrections. Travel to execute strategic and tactical business plans while delivering TEL strategy, roadmaps, product training, negotiate contracts and resolve partner satisfaction issues. Quantified thru a minimum of five face to face live QBRs a quarter.•Implement an Analysis and Shift strategy to optimize subcontractor hires, maximizing Band Levels 6-8, while minimizing Band Levels 9 and 10, where appropriate.•Conduct weekly health checks on Global Delivery Center (GDC) Partner Residency usage, excluding projects with specific language requirements, to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.•Utilize the newly created online library for the publication of 'Rules of Engagement,' addressing specific market gaps and opportunities, utilizing platforms such as Partner Plus, Seismic and Publisher Page.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Proven experience in ecosystem and partner enablement with ability to work independently and project manage multiple global projects simultaneously.- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in DAI, Automation, Sustainability, and Security domains.- Analytical skills with the ability to assess partner performance and identify areas for improvement. Knowledge required for solutioning of skills assigned to partners, based on growth potential with the goal of decreasing SubK costs and increasing partner autonomy.- Experience in talent development or training programs.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain good working relationships with headquarters-based functional teams; executives, brands, development, legal, trust and compliance, procurement, finance and serve as the liaison between regional teams, and partners- Ability to problem solve, navigate and influence in highly matrixed, global team environment.About Business Unit IBM has a global presence, operating in more than 175 countries with a broad-based geographic distribution of revenue. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
