Business Development ManagerNew Homes Sales in the Real Estate IndustryLocation: Atlanta, GAPay: 85-95k Base + Bonus ComissionSchedule: In-office 5 days a weekOur client is a leader in the homebuilding industry, specializing in innovative and high-quality new home construction. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence, strong community ties, and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.WHAT NEW:They are looking for a Business Development Manager whose core values include building strong teams, driving results, and demonstrating determination. A player-coach interested in growing within the organization, who understands the process and has experience in new home sales. This person brings a new approach to sales with a continuous learning mindset. This is a direct hire position.What you get to do:Provide leadership for the sales and marketing departments to facilitate company growth.Work closely with sales managers to train and maintain a strong sales staff.Serve as a management partner with Operations, Purchasing, Construction, Land, Development, and Accounting.Support each department to further the company's success.Sign contracts and manage the inventory of new homes.What you need to succeed:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry.Minimum of 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, primarily in new home sales.Experience in managing, hiring, and training a sales staff in a homebuilding environment.Skills in leading a team, managing the sales process, working with development and construction, staff retention, and new home marketing.What's in it for you:
