POSITION SUMMARY:

[Lead the marketing development strategy, its implementation and integration. Responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of campaigns that will integrate advertising, PR, sales, and social media marketing. The Integrated Marketing Manager works to effectively create content and develop and execute omni-channel campaigns and digital experiences to increase connections with audiences, track campaign metrics, and improve ROIs. In addition, this person also plays a key role in the development of sales tools to promote our brands and enhance relationships with our customers. [The successful candidate should be a creative, customer focused, self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills who values cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-moving environment. Bachelor's Degree with major in Marketing, Advertising and/or CommunicationsMinimum of 3 to 5 years of marketing and/or sales experience.Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, manage and successfully deliver large projects.Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/OneNote. Adobe Suite experience preferred.

Shape and execute the strategic vision for marketing and brand communication across all market segments.

SWOT analysis - analyze internal and external strengths and weaknesses to develop actionable marketing planTarget market analysis - detailed analysis of current customer base as well as potential customers, segmenting into each of the 8 product lines offeredEstablish goals and objectives - outline marketing goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Track performance of campaigns and provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new areas for opportunity.

Build email campaigns, create landing pages, and update/modify website pages working subject matter experts.

Produce content (email marketing messages, case studies, blog posts, project profiles, presentation content, website copy, etc.) to support content marketing and sales programs.

Lead the execution of marketing automation programs, tracking assets and monitor live campaigns

[Along with VP of Sales, establish business/solution goals. Develop editorial calendars and content project plans to deliver upon those goals. Provide regular updates to executive management. ]{noto="" sans=""}
