We are a dynamic international company at the forefront of 3D visualization, empowering fashion brands worldwide to revolutionize their way of work through cutting-edge technology.
PixelPool combines fashion and technology to create photo realistic visuals for leading design studios and premium retail brands. We help their designers communicate and demonstrate their ideas with our visualizations from 3D stills and animations to interactive 3D VR environments and applications.
PixelPool is headquartered in the Hague, the Netherlands and has offices in the United States, Bulgaria, and Poland.
We are often on the look for additional help from external collaborators to join our team for temporary projects. While at the moment we may not be looking for someone, we will make sure to contact the shortlisted candidates in the case of a new project where we would need some extra support.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Digital Art, Game Art & Design, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in a creative studio doing brand visualization or, any equivalent combination of experience or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Visualize retail design concepts and environments in a global team settingAbility to create and optimize geometry for real-timeCollaborate with artists and project stakeholdersInterpret client direction while adhering to project deadlines and quality standardsStay updated on industry trends and best practicesBachelor's degree in fine arts, 3D, or related fieldProficiency in all aspects of 3D, including hard surface/organic modeling, texturing and UV unwrapping, lighting, animation, cloth simulation, and rendering3+ years in 3ds Max and/or Blender, Unreal Engine, Adobe SuiteExperience building and modifying blueprintsDemonstrated knowledge of Marvelous Designer, ZBrush and Adobe Substance Designer/Painter is a plusExperience working with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.)Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficientlyAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, creative environmentGreat communication and active listening skillsAbility to identify and solve issues creatively and technicallyPortfolio showcasing topology, texturing, look development, environments, and props
