Job DescriptionOverview

To conceive visual design solutions to complex product initiatives through composition, typography and interaction models, keep deliverables engaging and on-brand, and drive cross channel projects. Works on moderately complex projects with minimal risk. Participates in the creation and evolution of visual experience design strategy. Works independently with direct guidance and direction from higher level staff and management.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User-Centered Design/Human-Computer Interaction, or the equivalentcombination of education, training, and experienceFamiliarity with UX design principles and ability to apply themFamiliarity with design fundamentals, such as color theory, typography and compositionKnowledge of interaction design, visual design, and industry standardsKnowledge of user centered design processes and best practicesKnowledge of modern development standards, techniques and methodologies (e.g., HTML, XHTML, AJAX,JavaScript, CSS, etc.)Effective detail and organizational skillsAbility to learn and apply new technologies to usability and design challengesAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsExposure to managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goalsExposure to performing analysis of business processes and functionsFamiliarity with project management to include establishing and leading project teams; managingtimelines/deadlines/resources; ensuring successful project implementation
