The anticipated base salary range for this position is $73,150 to $109,200. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan. The primary focus of this position is to provide support to the Executive Director and Director with concept, design

and execution of several concurrently running programs from inception through completion. A Senior Designer is a

visually driven storyteller, with an exceptional eye for art direction and elevated graphic design and typography skills.

This role will be responsible all creative initiatives across product categories as well as special brand moments,

collaboration programs and brand design considerations reporting into the Executive Director, Image.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:· Bring creative innovation and excellence to M·A·C s global programs with a special focus on design languageand art direction.· Responsible for supporting the conceptualization of thoughtful, strategic 360 campaigns, inclusive ofcampaign concept, design language development including logo lockup, layout, and overall project artdirection from creative project concept through post-production.· In concert with Executive Director and/or Director, Image this role works through creative development ofproject concepts to answer brand, business, demographic, and strategic objectives in partnership withcreative counterparts in Editorial (copy), Digital Design, Social, Visual Merchandising (VM), ExperientialDesign and Creative Operations and Production.· In concert with Creative Operations and Production, support in talent research, art direction and designneeds in pre-production/shoot and retouching, design considerations and edit in post-production to producean end product that effectively aligns with approved creative direction for each project· Support the conceptualization and execution of brand design initiatives to a high standard.· Work closely with creative counterparts to maintain visual and conceptual consistency across all channels inpre-and-post production – digital and IRL – inclusive of in-store, digital, social and experiential; maintainawareness of future programs and initiatives and how they relate to overall creative strategy.· Organize and coordinate a large volume of incoming creative requests by keeping track of deadlines andassets.· Can both work independently to execute programs as well as effectively take direction to support designfunctionsQualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· BA or BFA preferred

· At least 4 Years of design experience

· Fluent in computer programs including, Adobe Creative Suite with a special emphasis on Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, as well as Keynote and PowerPoint

· Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines

· 360 program development experience – working across print, digital and experiential

· Experience with on-set Art Direction, pre-through-post production planning and design

· Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Understanding of current fashion, beauty, and design trends

· Ability to work in a very fast paced environment

· Category, Adjacent Category and Creative Agency experience is a plus
