[Graphic Design / Website Manager [Idyllic Enterprises is looking to hire a graphic designer / website manager to lead our creative department. This position will manage a team of graphic designers as well as the physical design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. Lead the marketing strategy and manage and optimize the website and marketing plan for growth. [To ensure success, the desired candidate must display an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) including experience with WordPress. Technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. Top candidates will have a detailed understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), HTML5 and PHP code, meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills and fantastic content creation and writing skills. Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website.Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.Updating HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.Creating appropriate website content aligned with the organizations strategy.Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.Improving the user experience of the website regularly.Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organizations standards.Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, advertising trends and monitoring competitor websites.

A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, graphic design or related field or 5 years related work experience.
Expert knowledge of Google Ads and analytics to identify trends and promote products.
