About This Role:

Veranex has an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Program Manager. As a member of Marketing, you will be part of a team working to improve lives globally through medical technology innovation. Marketing within Veranex focuses on building the Veranex brand in the Medtech space, helping assist our business unit leaders with their go to market strategies and execution, and ultimately increasing revenue by driving qualified leads through our programs.

As a Program Manager you will impact the success of the organization by helping organize, prioritize, and streamline execution on the programs that build our global impact. This role is a part of the Corporate Marketing Team and will work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, marketing strategists, subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Sr Director of Marketing to multiply the output of the team on mission critical efforts.

What You Will Do:

In this results-driven role, you'll be a key player in our marketing team. You'll translate marketing strategy into action by managing complex programs and ensuring they deliver measurable results. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless program execution and exceed campaign goals.

Consistently deliver marketing programs on time, within budget, and exceeding established KPIs. Focus areas may include brand awareness, lead generation, or sales conversion.Data-Driven Optimization:

Leverage marketing data to optimize campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future program direction.Project Management Expertise:

Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and improve program efficiency.Key Qualities:

Proven experience in marketing program managementStrong understanding of marketing principles and best practicesProject management expertise (Agile, Waterfall preferred)Excellent analytical and data interpretation skillsEffective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:

Required skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.5-8 years of relevant experienceExperience with project management theory and best practices.Experience with project management toolsExcellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.Strong analytical skills.Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Preferred:
